Ad availability, ad rewards, and ad performance may vary based on region, device, network availability, consent choices, and third-party provider behavior.
Some games may offer optional rewards for watching ads. Rewards are provided only when the ad provider confirms successful completion. We are not responsible for failures caused by network issues, provider errors, unavailable ads, or interrupted sessions.
Our games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual items, hints, coins, premium features, ad removal, or other digital content. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
All billing, payment processing, refunds, cancellations, and purchase disputes are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store. Please contact Apple or Google for payment, refund, or billing issues related to purchases made through their stores.
Virtual items, currencies, rewards, and digital content have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the Services unless explicitly allowed by us. We may modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue virtual content where reasonably necessary for game balance, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Where supported by the relevant app store and platform, you may be able to restore eligible purchases using the same app store account used for the original purchase. Consumable items may not always be restorable depending on platform rules and product type.
Our Services may include third-party platforms, app stores, payment systems, advertising networks, or links. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erd Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, including issues related to ads, purchases, virtual items, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
